the
inquirer
says
that
at
us
a
big
grave
by
it
is
three
shrines,
built
on
it

domes
it
are
said
it
was
built
since
for
two
hundred
years
the
one,
which
feels
sorry
for
it
that
there
is
an
old
woman
going
to
these
shrines
under
the
pretext
of
that
they
are
guardians
and
carries
out
its
cleaning
and
the
people
goes
to
these
shrines
then
slaughter
for
it
and
warn
for
it,
and
there
others
say,
and
others
say
that
its
destruction
does
not
become
permissible
to
us
because
it
is
old
domes,
and
it
was
built
sometime
ago
then
we
do
not
know
its
situation
and
my
question
:
what
ruled
such
works
from
the
service
of
the
woman
of
these
shrines
and
the
slaughter
at
it
and
put
the
moneys
؟
then
where
do
these
moneys
go
?
and
where
he
takes
away
the
sacrifices
؟

The
construction
on
the
graves
is
a
denying
matter,
taking
domes
does
not
become
permissible
on
them,
and
no
taking
the
mosques
on
them
but
the
messenger
forbade
peace
be
upon
him

reliance
on
them
but
cursing
who
did
that,
said
peace
be
upon
him
:

Allah

the
Jewish
and
the
Christians
took
the
graves
of
their
prophets
mosques
)
And
Jabber
may
Allah
be
pleased
with
him
said
:
(
the
messenger
of
Allah
forbade
peace
be
upon
him

and

on
it
and
the
marriage
to
it
)
Muslim

it

his
right
and
so
the
feminine
narrated
it,
and
Al-Termezi
and
two
others,
and
in
him
the
forbiddance
from
the
writing
is
on
the
graves

And
the
happening
that
the
construction
on
the
graves
the
bitterest
evil
the
messenger
forbade
it
peace
be
upon
him
and
taking
the
mosques
on
them
also,
because
it
is
a
means
to
the
exaggeration
in
them,
and
its
worship
without
Allah
with
the
invitation
or
the
circuiting
or
the
call
for
help
by
them
or
the
slaughter
of
them,
all
this
falls
from
some
of
the
ignorant,
and
this
is
from
the
greatest
association
of
partners
.
And
which
preceded
that
knows
that
the
request
of
the
needs
is
from
the
dead
or
from
the
idols
or
from
the
trees
and
the
stones
or
from
the
planets
all
an
association
of
partners
with
Allah
Glorified
and
Exalted
be
He,
and
so
the
circuiting
on
the
graves

and
the
circuiting
is
by
the
Kaaba,
does
not
go
by
the
graves
then
this
a
great
evil
but
a
greater
association
of
partners,
if
it
meant
by
it
the
closeness
to
the
grave
owner
and
he
is
a
greater
association
of
partners,
and
if
it
thought
that
it
is
a
canteen
of
Allah
and
that
it
becomes
close
to
Allah
by
this
then
this
an
innovation
;
the
circuiting
is
from
the
Ancient
House
characteristics
the
Kaaba,
the
graves
it
does
not
go
by
them
at
all
this
an
evil
and
an
innovation,
and
if
was
its
doing
of
a
closeness
to
the
grave
owner
became
a
greater
association
of
partners
and
so
the
invitation
of
the
dead,
and
the
call
for
help
from
the
dead,
and
the
vow
for
it
and
the
slaughter
for
it,
all
is
from
the
greatest
association
of
partners
.
The
duty
on
the
Muslims
the
caution
from
that
and
on
the
Muslims
rich
is
the
prevention
of
these
from
this
work
and
the
rulers
and
the
princes
should
prevent
the
ignorant
from
this
association
of
partners
and
this
he
necessary
for
the
rulers
of
Muslims
؟
because
Allah
became
great
and
rose
that
for
the
prevention
of
the
nation
which
harms
it
and
for
its
obligation
by
what
enjoined
Allah
the
Exalted
the
Majestic
on
it
and
for
the
look
in
its
interests
this
replaced
with
the
rulers
duty
.
The
rulers
from
the
princes
and
the
kings
and
the
sultans
started
their
state
so
that
they
evaluate
the
command
of
Allah
in
the
God's
land
then
they
should
execute
the
Allah's
commands
then
on
the
prince
in
the
village
and
on
the
ruler
anywhere
and
on
the
sultan
and
the
president
and
on
all
who
for
it
an
ability
that
it
contributes
in
this
good,
and
that
with
the
removal
of
these
buildings
and
the
domes
and
the
mosques
that
was
built
on
the
graves
and
that
the
graves
remain
open
he
represented
the
graves
in
the
Al-Baqi'
in
the
epoch
of
the
prophet
peace
be
upon
him
and
in
our
time
now
in
the
city,
the
graves
open
on
it
a
structure
is
not
no
mosque
and
no
room
and
no
dome
and
no
other
than
that
؟
because
the
messenger
peace
be
upon
him
forbade
the
construction
on
the
graves
and
taking
mosques
on
it
Wtgsisha
because
this
is
a
means
till
that
he
boils
in
it
and
till
that
he
is
worshiped
with
Allah
.
And
so
moneys
and
no
sacrifices
and
no
clothes
are
not
dedicated
to
it
and
custodians
are
not
put
to
them,
and
this
oldster
who
comes
the
grave
prevents
that
does
not
come
to
these
graves
and
does
not
carry
out
their
cleaning
because
they
are
a
propaganda
for
the
association
of
partners,
but
they
advise
and
shows
for
them
the
Allah's
command
in
that
until
they
know
the
monotheism
and
repents
to
Allah
from
the
association
of
partners
.
But
Tsor
is
the
graves,
if
they
fenced
the
grave
ends
all
by
a
fence
until
he
is
not
scorned
and
until
he
does
not
take
ways
of
the
animals
then
no
harm
as
for
the
construction
on
the
grave
for
his
glorification
or
showing
his
honour
and
a
residue
then
this
all
is
an
evil
.
The
construction
does
not
become
permissible
on
the
graves
at
all
and
prevents
the
custodian
presence
at
the
graves
for
taking
the
people
moneys
or
the
deception
of
the
people
and
their
call
to
the
association
of
partners
all
this
that
must
be
prevention,
and
this
the
rulers
duty,
and
the
rich
duty,
and
the
princes
duty
that
they
seek
this
good
and
that
they
advise
to
the
public
and
the
ignorant
and
know
them,
was
the
prophet
peace
be
upon
him
if
he
visits
the
graves,
it
says
that
peace
be
upon
you
the
houses
people
is
from
the
believers
and
the
Muslims
and
we
God
Willing
by
you

we
ask
Allah
for
us
and
for
you
the
good
health
it
has
mercy
on
the
brought
Allah
from
us

visited

they

that
peace

upon
