And the critics of this program object to its legitimacy based on the laws of The United States and the international law, and say that it is a program that is run completely from US Central Intelligence Agency (cia), that confirms by their floor that this program is in the utmost of the importance in the war on " the terrorism " .
And from its side for me Stricland the previous Central Intelligence Agency consultant who retired in year 2004 stressed that the program related to the directed assassinations has developed in a steady way with the spread of leaders and the Al-Qaeda network cadres and their moves, where the American intelligences believe that the Al-Qaeda resorts to spreading its cadres in different regions ; for the sake of that these cadres concentrate on the gain of more recruits and the sympathizers in addition to the attraction of new financing sources .
And for me Stricland spoke about that many of the Islamic fedayee groups it is believed that they work in the outlaw regions in the Middle East and Asia and Africa, and is it is hard for the American forces involving these groups cadres in the capture .
And Stricland who works now as a manager to the information policy center in Maryland university adds : " from the paradox that he and as a result to our success our enemies became moving by a non central image at all, and became spreading with a greater degree ; which makes them goals with more difficulty " .
And the current intelligences officials and the previous ones say that they can not reveal the countries names that can be a theatre for hitting from this kind in the context of the program of the directed assassinations, but they point at the same time that the presence of the rule or their subsidiary enterprises are a certain matter in tens of the countries specially Somalia and Morocco and Indonesia .
And fighting officials believe " the terrorism " whether in America or the countries allied to them that the next stage will witness an expansion it is to the program of the directed assassinations not geographically only, but at different levels " .
And the newspaper reports about a previous official in fighting administration " the terrorism " in CIA his saying : " at us now plans are applied on the international level in this field and in most of the states we need the approval of the countries that will direct our hitting on its land, but the president Bush informed us that there is also some of the countries that do not need its approval or its media before we give our hitting on its land " .
