The pledge of allegiance is on the hearing and the obedience

The praise of Allah that praised its slaves supporting the establishment of this religion changed Mqilin and no resigned then it said : ( the Hand of Allah over their hands ) and the great reward made the reward of the truthful of them not the breakers then it said in a well-knit its clear book : ( have May Allah be pleased with the believers since they are devoted to you under the tree then knew what in their hearts then it revealed the tranquility to them and rewarded them a speedy victory ), and Allah invoked peace upon the Honest Prophet who took the pledge of allegiance from the Companions on the support of this religion and on its family and its friends as a wholes .
As for till now :
, this religion has depended on two speeches :
As for the first : then the word of monotheism, as he said that rose : ( and what sent before you except men we inspire them then ask you the remembrance people if do not knowing ) .

And as for the second : then the Muslims word unification on the prophethood method, said that rose ( and they sat in all the Allah's rope and you do not differentiate ) then it forbade the separation and the remoteness and the conflict as said glory be to ( and they were obeyed Allah and its messenger and no they disputed then fail and your power goes ) .
And also I pass on the tongue of its messenger peace be upon him with the need of the group where it said : ( on you by the group ) and said : ( a hand with the group Allah ) and said also : ( and I order you five Allah that ordered me them : the group and the hearing and the migration and the jihad ) Al Tirmizi narrated it and corrected it
He started peace be upon him with the mention of the group and it ended with the jihad then showed that the group is from the most important factors of the jihad work, then the occurrence of the blessing and the descent of the divine victory it requires the agreement on the prophethood method, and it does not imagine an occurrence that with the separation and the conflict .
The sheikh Abdul Latif Al Alshiekh in the age pearls said : ( and the mentioned this five in the Hadith, some of them inflicted them by the Islamic corners that his building does not straighten and settles only in them, contrary to what they were on him the pre Islam, from leaving group and obedience and the obedience ) I H .
The sheikh of Islam Ibn Taimiyya said : ( he becomes necessary that they are hand in hand on the unbelievers and that they meet and fight on the obedience of an Allah and his messenger and the jihad in his sake, this is from the greatest principles of Islam and the belief rules that Allah sent by it his messengers and he inflicted on it his books and his slaves ordered the meeting and forbade them from the separation as said : ( N you establish the religion and do not separate in him ) the consultation : 13 .
And not the the meeting of the intended by it is not done until to the group it headed a leader they obey his order and his forbiddance and finish in their disagreements and their differences at his saying - he was it is a must from the presence of a prince as Omar said : ( no fight except by a group and no group except by a prince ) .And in that the sheikh of Islam Ibn Taimiyya says : ( he should know that the rule of the people matters is amongst the greatest duties of the religion but no standing of the religion and the world except by them, the sons of Adam their interest does not take place, except with the meeting for the need of some of them to some, and no escape of them at the meeting from a head .......- Until he said :, Allah rose that enjoined the known matter, and the forbidding of evil, and that does not take place except with a power and an emirate, and also all what enjoined Allah it rose from the jihad and the justice, and the application of pilgrimage and collection and the feasts, and the victory of the wronged, and the establishment of the penalties, does not take place except with the power and the emirate ) .
And about Abdullah Bin Massoud he said in his speech : Oh people, on you with the obedience and the group, it is Allah the Exalted the Majestic covenant that ordered him . And what alienate from the group a good than what love in the group ) ; and therefore we find that the prophet peace be upon him orders the less groups if they appoint as prince over them one of them, where he said : ( if three went out in a travel then to they are ordered one of them ) Abu Dawoud narrated it .
But the notification becomes necessary to that the obedience here a bound on condition of the non violation of the prince of the God's decree he rose then about Omar a raised : ( the prince obeys it and it is obeyed while loved and hated, but it orders disobedience then no hearing and no obedience ) Abu Dawoud narrated it
And where the control does not take place except through a time or a holding that it is between the individuals and between the prince that has required holding the pledge of allegiance a term the collection of this great department . First : the pledge of allegiance meaning :

And from the words of times and contracts and the charters that were wanted by them the indication of the pledge of allegiance meaning is its saying he rose : ( Wawfoua by Allah pledge if Aahadttom Wala Tanqudoua the oaths after their confirmation and have made Allah on you a sponsoring Allah knows what do ) the bees : 91, Ibn Kathir said : ( this which orders Allah rose by it and he is the fulfillment of the charters and pledge and the preservation of the sacred oaths, and Ibn Jarir narrated by its support about Brida in its saying he rose : ( Wawfoua by Allah pledge ) : this pledge of allegiance that was devoted on the Islam .( and do not breach the oaths after their confirmation ) : they do not force you small group Mohamed, and the abundance of the polytheists that you breach the pledge of allegiance that was devoted on the Islam ) . And the pledge of allegiance on the support of this religion is a known matter in all the messages from that what informed of it Glory be to Him from Isa Ibn Mariam's matter on our messenger and peace be upon him when it wanted that it undertakes the message burdens and it felt the disbelief of the Jews then asked the Children of Israel supporting in the support of this religion then it said glory be to about that : ( then not Eissa felt from them the disbelief that said who a supporter of prophet Muhammad to Allah said the Disciples are Allah supporters ) the Imran's Family : 52
And the year has called for the pledge of allegiance and warned of its breach and its removal after its confirmation then in the right from Ibn Omar's Hadith : ( from a removal a hand from an obedience he met Allah the Doomsday no argument for it and who died it died a pre-Islamic death ) a Muslim narrated it .

A third : the judgement of the pledge of allegiance : became clear which advanced that doing the fighting group is a duty from the religion duties that its leaving can not the Muslim, and not it was this group that can not be established except with true pledge of allegiance on the hearing and the obedience in the stimulating and forced and difficult and the prosperity and the suffering and the misfortune and when the distress, this pledge of allegiance became necessary for each Muslim, because what the duty does not take place except by it then he is a duty . As he is scheduled in the origins science .
And he has come from the texts what shows their necessity then from that Ibn Omar's Hadith - May Allah be pleased with them - the applicant at a Muslim : ( who died it died a pre-Islamic death ) then if the pledge of allegiance was not necessary what the censure of their leaving and its reproach required that is • ; because it is known that the censure and the incrimination do not come in a known of the legislator except at a necessary leaving or a forbidden doing as he is scheduled in its places from the origins books and on it, the Muslim sins with its leaving of this necessary homage .
And in the year many witnesses show this meaning as in the Battle of Mu'tah and the choice of the Muslims to Khaled a prince to their group, then if that was not necessary for them so that it gathers their nation and gathers their separation to what set out for it until they refer to that messenger of Allah, especially and they are farther the people about the creation of a matter in this religion it has not what it justifies .And here the notification is advisable for us to what comes :
1-The pledge of allegiance it is taken from the brothers the scientists so that they inform the supporting under conditions the pledge of allegiance and its rights and their duties .
2- Requires before taking the pledge of allegiance that the supporting dogma so that the group avoids the entrance of the individuals that carries pre-Islamic dogmas, as the patriotism and the nationalism and what resembled that or its boat inform .
And the result of these matters entrusted with the legitimate organization to be disciplined by the Sharia matter .And Allah rose a more knowledgeable
And invoked peace Allah rose on our prophet Mohamed and on its family and its friends and greeted .
