| The Islam intellectual : the Libyan
authorities released today all the members of banned Muslim Brotherhood
and detainees it has since year 1998 their promise of 84 prisoners .
And official sources said - according to the island : their release ran in
a big celebration it was established in front of Tripoli prison with the
attendance of their families .
And the sources pointed that it launched the release of a colleague in the
past for them last month as a result to his health circumstances and
according to an intervention from Gaddafi International Foundation for
Charitable Associations that Saif Al-Islam heads the son of the Libyan
leader Muammar Al-Qadhafi .
And the sources confirmed that the released the 85 is other a group of the
detained Islamists at the authorities since carrying out the arrest of 152
person of the collegians with the charge of the joining to the banned
group in year 1998 .
And the People's Court that has been solved in December 2004 has issued in
year 2002 judgements of the execution of two of the detainees and the life
imprisonment on 73 others, as judged on another number of convicts with
the imprisonment ten years, and the acquittal of 66 others took place .
And after the solution of the People's Court the Libyan justice ordered
the Muslim Brotherhood group members retrial .
And the Libyan leader has called at the beginning of last January for the
formation of a committee for seeking places in the past " the
judicial sheltering " [ the prisons ] for the assurance of the non
presence of opinion prisoner or conscience in it .
It is pointed that Al Gaddafi's enterprise advised in last June on the
release of all of the prisoners in the past who for them a relation with
the Islamic organizations except the groups that call for the violence and
uses it as a means for the imposition of its opinions .
