The fatwas resultant from the legitimate organization to the Sunna supporters
army
First : the judgement of the jihad in Iraq :
The praise of Allah the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds and the prayer and
the greeting on front of the militants and on a God and its friends and the
subordinates .
As for after : then this a statement from the militants for God sake to the
Muslims everywhere an entirely and to the Muslims in our country Iraq specially
: -
You the Muslims : at that time the one that the Muslims live in are the life of
humiliation and disgrace for their leaving the jihad for the sake of Allah they
lost because of him from souls the landmarks of guidance and sanity and the
strong Allah's rope that gathered them abandoned them on it the rope of enabling
and sovereignty then they behaved childishly in front of souls and in front of
their enemies and was arrogant the falsehood in their countries and the
unbeliever invaded them in the middle of their house and attacked on their
religion
And their world
And the Muslims were busy with the amusement and the misuse and the groups and
the Islamic sects gathered to the men ideas and their diligence that what
descend Allah by it from an evidence away from the source of guidance and light,
the Holy koran and the Sunna of its messenger peace be upon him and the
alienation increased on the sticking they them and their souls longed for the
coming divine promise, the support or the martyrdom،
He said that was above : ( say do a Trbson by us not to the one of the two
honours ) the Chapter of Repentance .
And at the same time the one that witness an ardent struggle between the powers
of hamlet and tyranny and between the Islamic Nation and its fighting forefront,
this struggle who was incarnated by an intellectual deception campaign and
contractual and parallel to the crusade the military that the age tyrant
declared the criminal Bush through its speech about the sacred war between the
crusade and the Islam and that named it war on the terrorism deception of the
Muslims the truth of this struggle
And Allah was truthful that was above since he says : ( the hatred has appeared
from their mouths and what hides their chests is a greater ) a sura the Imran .
This campaign that aims at the obliteration of the monotheism and at the
obliteration of the dividing boundaries between the disbelief and the Islam and
to mixing the enemies with the sheikhs and to the reality decoration of languor

The jihad concept and the clarification of its judgement in the Islam
The legitimate meaning of the jihad for the sake of Allah : he is the fight of
the unbelievers on all their boredom and enervated them from the Jewish and the
Christians and the entirely of polytheists and apostates and who helped them or
supported them on the Muslims and he
Two kinds : -
The first : the fight of the demand :
Any demand the unbelievers in their countries where the unbelievers in a state
are do not gathering for the fight of the Muslims, then the fight is a

this case becomes an individual duty

the wife without the permission of its husband and the debtor without permission
its creditor then if the people of that town did not stop or shortened or lazed

First : the Hanafism scholars Ibn Abdine said : and an individual duty that the

The judgement of the interaction with the military unbeliever
Or the judgement of the interaction with the American forces and the regimes

it is from them then he said that was above ( Oh you who believe they you do not
take the Jewish and the Christians
Guardians are some of them guardians some and who takes as supporter them from
you, it is from them that Allah do not guide the people the unjust ) .
And he said that was above ( Oh you who believe they you do not take the
unbelievers guardian without the believers

And the evidence in these verses is that Allah Glory be to Him did not excuse
these Muslims who the unbelievers forced into the rebellion with them for the

with them then increased their blackness and mixed with them then this their
state،
Then how he is a state these who claim the Islam today who go voluntarily so

the fighting and obeys their order
And Allah was truthful that was above since he says ( Oh you who believe they
that you obey a team from the one who they are granted the book they return you
after your belief unbelievers ) the Imran .
And Allah has denied Glory be to Him the belief about he claims the Islam and
the belief and he despite that he supports the unbelievers that said that was
above ( and if they were believing in Allah and the prophet and what descend to
it what they took sheikhs but a lot of them is profligates ) the table .
The sheikh of Islam Ibn Taimya that Allah had mercy says ( ( then the belief in
God abstains and its messenger with taking the unbelievers guardians ) ) as in

he is not in their sultan and carried it on that as for he coveted the
presidency or a money or
