And he said that was above : ( Oh you who believe they you avoid a lot of the doubt some of the doubts are a sin and no they spied and do not backbite some of you some he loves one of you that he eats the meat of its brother a dead then you hated it and beware Allah Allah is merciful and merciful ) ( the rooms )
He said that was above : ( since you throw it by your tongues and you believe in your mouths that is not for you by it a science and you think it an easy and he is at Allah a great and were it not for since you heard it that said what he is for us that we speak by this a glory be to ) ( the light ) .

And he clarified that Allah had mercy the invalidity of an opinion who he said : ( the origins issues are the presumptive scientific, that in it the science and the belief is requested only, and the branches issues are the operation that requests in it the work - from the side of the judgement -, the practical issues have what denies its denier, like a necessity the five prayers, and the Zakat, and the fast of a Ramadan, and the prohibition of adultery and usury and the injustice and the atrocities and in the scientific issues, what the disputants do not sin in it, as the conflict of the Companions : did Mohammad see its master ? as their conflict in some of the texts : did the prophet say it peace be upon him or no ؟ and what wanted by its meaning ؟ their conflict over some of the words, do she is from the Koran or no ؟ their conflict over some of the meanings of Koran and the way : did Allah and its messenger want such and such ? the conflict of the people in the speech flour, as the individual Algohr issue, and the similarity of the bodies, and staying the honors and towards that, then not in this an excommunication and no Tfsiq )

But it differentiates between two mistakes : a mistake blamed for it, and a mistake forgiven to it, then he says : ( who was its mistake for its negligence while becomes necessary for it from the following of Koran and belief for example or so that you promise it the limits of Allah, with the penetration of the way that forbade about it or for the following of its love without guidance from Allah, then he is the oppressor to himself it, and he from the threat people, with the disagreement of the diligent about the obedience of Allah and its messenger an interior and an outside, that requests the truth with its diligence as Allah and its messenger ordered it, then this forgiven to it its mistake, as he said that was above : ( the messenger believed while was revealed to it from its Lord and the believers are all a safe by Allah and its angels and its books and its messengers do not separate one of its messengers and said that heard and obeyed your forgiveness is a Lord ...) to its saying : ( a Lord she does not blame us if we forgot or erred ) ( the cow ), and have was proved in a Sahih Muslim, about the prophet peace be upon him, that Allah said : ( I have done ) and also he was proved in it from Ibn Abbas 's Hadith may Allah be pleased with them : ( that the prophet peace be upon him did not read by a letter from these verses and from the Opening chapter not to I give that ), then this clarifies the answer of this prayer to the prophet and the believers, and that Allah do not blame them if they forgot or erred ) ‏

And if the mistake of the diligent was from the Muslims scientists forgiven to it, it the excommunication of one of them does not become permissible the moment the mistake, but and he does not transgress and no Youthm and in this affair the sheikh of Islam says : ( the scientists of the speaking Muslims are in the world with their diligence, the excommunication of one of them does not become permissible the moment a mistake that missed it in its speech ..., focusing the ignorant on the excommunication of the Muslims scientists is from the greatest evils, but an origin is this from the Khariji and the Rawafid, that accuse of atheism the Muslims imams, to what believe that they erred in it from the religion, and the Sunnites has agreed that the Muslims scientists their excommunication does not become permissible the moment the mere mistake, but all one of he is taken from its saying and except the God's Messenger is left peace be upon him, and not all who he is left some as its lam for a mistake that he erred, disbelieves, and do not transgress, but and do not sin, Allah was above that said in the believers prayer : ( a Lord she does not blame us if we forgot or erred ) and in the right about the prophet peace be upon him he said : ( Allah said : I have done )
But the sheikh sees that ( he paid the atonement for the Muslims scientists and if they erred, he from the worthiest legitimate aims ...) ‏

That it should know that lifting the sin off the world is the diligent if he erred, do not mean an Al Ighdaa about the innovation that erred in it, have clarified that Allah had mercy that its sin vanishes for the diligence or another, but it musts be the clarification of its state, and the non imitation by the one(s) who considered legal it, and not to he neglects one of in the demand of the knowledge the clarifying to its truth, that is that the sin is removed from the diligent, no about the difference kind from the originated .‏

And affirmation of what preceded, the sheikh decides that the behaviour of the Sunnis, the non excommunication of the diligent mistaken in the practical issues or the presumptive issues, then he says : ( the clear that its intention is the follow-up of the messenger peace be upon him he is not accused of atheism and he does not transgress if he spares no effort then he erred, and this is famous at the people in the practical issues, and as for the dogmas issues then lots of the people accused of atheism the wrongdoers in it, and this saying is not known about one of the Companions and the subordinates for them with charity, and he is not known about one of the Muslims imams, but he in the origin from the heretics sayings, that create an innovation, and they disbelieve who violated them as the Khariji and the Mu'tazilite and the Al-Jahmya, and that fell in lots of the أتباع of the imams, as some owners Malik and Al-Sha'fiai and Ahmad and others, and they may behave in the excommunication that, then from them who accuses of atheism the heretics at all, then he makes all who he rebelled about what is he on it, from the heretics .. And this an eye the saying of Khariji and Mu'tazilite and the Al-Jahmya, and this saying also do not find in a sect from the four imams friends and no others them, and is not in them who all an originated but the frank belongings about them accused of atheism a contradiction that, but he may be informed about one of them that it accused of atheism who he said some of the opinions, and is its aim that this saying accused of atheism so that he warns, and he does not require if the saying was a disbelief if he accuses of atheism all who he said it with the ignorance and the interpretation ) ..Therefore was ( from the heretics faults, the excommunication of some of them some and from the scientists Mmadh that they discredit and do not accuse of atheism ) this and Allah know

Oh Allah a more useful by it and show us the right a right and grant us its following and show us falsehood and falsehood and grant us its avoidance
