My message to you concerns inciting and continuing to

al-Ghasasinah [Arab people who
lived in a state historically located in the
north-west of the Persian
empire].
The concern of their seniors was to be appointed
officers for the Romans and
to be named kings in order to safeguard the interests
of the Romans by
killing their brothers of the peninsula's Arabs. Such
is the case of the new
al-Ghasasinah; namely, Arab rulers.
Muslims: If you do not punish them for their sins in
Jerusalem and Iraq,
they shall defeat you because of your failure. They
will also rob you of

What then is the means to stop this tremendous
onslaught?
In such hard times, some reformers maintain that all
popular and official
forces should unite and that all government forces
should unite with all
their peoples. Everyone would do what is needed from
him in order to ward
off this crusader-Zionist onslaught.
The question strongly raised is: Are the governments
in the Islamic world
capable of pursuing this duty of defending the faith
and nation and
renouncing allegiance to the United States? The calls
by some reformers are
strange. They say that the path to righteousness and
defending the country
and people passes though the doors of those rulers.
I tell those reformers: If you have an excuse for not
pursing jihad, it does
not give you the right to depend on the unjust ones,
thus becoming
responsible for your sins as well as the sins of those
who you misguide.
Fear God for your sake and for your nation's sake. God
does not need your
flattery of dictators for the sake of God's religion.
The Gulf states proved their total inability to resist
the Iraqi forces.
They sought help from the crusaders, led by the United
States, as is well
known.
How can these states stand up to the United States? In
short, these states
came to America's help and backed it in its attack
against an Arab state
which is bound to them with covenants of joint defence
agreements. These
covenants were reiterated at the Arab League just a
few days before the US
attack, only to violate them in full.
This shows their positions on the nation's basic
causes. These regimes
wavered too much before taking a stand on using force
and attacking Iraq. At
times they absolutely rejected participation and at
other times they linked
this with UN agreement. Then they went back to their
first
option.

of
participation

domestic

states.
However,
they
finally
submitted
and

to

pressure

air,

to

legitimate

qualified

take

course

another

Gulf
states.

state

history
know

they

capable

committing

by

of
killing

them

importance
of

rituals,

religion

Islam
encompasses
all

affairs
of
life,
including
religious

worldly
affairs,

as
economic,
military
and
political
affairs,
as
well
as
the
scales
by
which
we
weigh

actions
of
men

rulers,
ulema
and
others
-
and
how
to
deal
with
the
ruler
in

rules

God

him

violate.

الرجل
المسدّد
التي
يوافينا
بها
بين
الفينة
والأخرى
فهي
تجدّد
العزائم
،
وتذكّر
بالأهداف
،
وتوجّه
المسلمين
والمجاهدين
في
شتى
بقاع
المعمورة
،
ولا
عجب
فإن
شيخنا
وإخوانه
من
قادة
الجهاد
هم
اليوم
الرموز
التي
تقف
وحدها
في
ساحة
المعركة
،
وفي
مقدّمة
الصفوف
،
تعطّل
مساعي
الكفار
التي
تهدف
إلى
الاستيلاء
على
بلاد
الإسلام
،
ولا
سيما
منطقة
الخليج
وبلاد
الحرمين
..
رسالة
الشيخ
في
هذا
التوقيت
تعدّ
استمراراً
في
إثبات
الهزيمة
التي
تعيشها
أمريكا
أعتى
دولة
في
هذا
العالم
،
حيث
تمرّ
الأيام
بفضل
الله
دون
أن
تستطيع
هذه
القوة
الشريرة
أن
تقبض
على
قادة
المجاهدين
،
ودون
أن
توقف
مدّ
العمليات
الجهادية
بعد
أحداث
الحادي
عشر
من
سبتمبر
المباركة
والتي
طالت
المصالح
الأمريكية
في
بقاع
العالم
كله
ولا
سيما
في
بلاد
الإسلام
(
بلاد
الحرمين
والكويت
والمغرب
وتركيا
...)
كما
تأتي
هذه
الرسالة
بعد
أسر
الرئيس
العراقي
صدام
حسين
،
ليبقى
الصف
الجهادي
نقياً
واضح
الراية
،
مؤكدة
سقوط
جميع
الشعارات
الزائفة
الباطلة
التي
خدعت
المسلمين
في
يوم
من
الأيام
،
وليبقى
الإسلام
الحل
الذي
يستحق
وحده
أن
تبذل
فيه
النفوس
والدماء
والأموال
،
والحل
الذي
لا
قيمة
للقتال
والمقاومة
بدونه
.
كثيرةٌ
هي
المعاني
التي
تضمنتها
كلمة
الشيخ
الأخيرة
،
والتي
خصصت
منطقتنا
بجزء
كبير
لما
تحمله
هذه
المنطقة
من
أهميةٍ
دينيةٍ
وعسكريةٍ
واقتصاديةٍ
،
فقد
حرص
الشيخ
على
التذكير
بحقيقة
الصراع
الدائر
في
جزيرة
العرب
بين
المجاهدين
وبين
الصليبيين
وأذنابهم
من
المرتدين
،
وأنها
حلقةٌ
في
سلسلة
الحرب
الصليبيية
التي
تدور
رحاها
في
طول
الأرض
وعرضها
،
فالفريقان
متمايزان
:
-
دول
كافرة
صليبيية
حاقدة
تقتل
المسلمين
في
أفغانستان
والعراق
وفلسطين
والشيشان
،
وتتمركز
قواتها
في
قواعد
الخليج
وآسيا
الوسطى
وجنوب
آسيا
وغيرها
من
بلاد
الإسلام.
-
وطائفة
مجاهدة
محتسبة
للأجر
تذود
عن
حمى
الإسلام
وتدافع
عن
قضايا
المسلمين
وتنتقم
للحرمات
المستباحة
وتنتصر
للمستضعفين
من
المسلمين
.
وهذا
المحور
في
الصراع
هو
ما
نلتزمه
ونسير
عليه
في
جهادنا
في
جزيرة
العرب
مستهدفين
القوات
الصليبية
،
ومراكزها
العسكرية
والاستخباراتية
والسياسية
،
وكل
من
وقف
في
صفها
وحمل
السلاح
دفاعاً
عنها
فهو
في
حكمها
وإن
كنّا
لا
نستقصده
أصلاً
.
ولهذا
شدّد
الشيخ
على
الحملة
الإعلامية
الخبيثة
التي
يشنها
المبطلون
على
الحركة
الجهادية
ويتهمون
المجاهدين
بتكفير
المسلمين
وسلوك
مسلك
الخوارج
.
كما
أشار
حفظه
الله
إلى
دور
النظام
السلولي
في
حرب
المجاهدين
وتنفيذ
الخطط
الأمريكية
والقيام
بالمهمات
بدلاً
عنها
حتى
قبل
غزوة
شرق
الرياض
،
وأن
المواجهات
بينه
وبين
المجاهدين
لم
تكن
إلا
في
هذا
السياق
وتحت
مظلة
العمالة
التي
يستظل
بها
آل
سلول
متبرعين
بجنودهم
وجيوشهم
وأموالهم
لتكون
ردءاً
لجنود
الصليب
.
من
أبرز
المعاني
التي
تضمنتها
الكلمة
الأخيرة
للشيخ
أسامة
هي
استشراف
المستقبل
في
جزيرة
العرب
ومنطقة
الخليج
والأطماع
الصليبية
التي
لم
تعد
تتحمل
التستر
خلف
هذه
الأنظمة
العميلة
حيث
لم
تعد
تثق
في
قدراتها
على
وقف
الجهاد
ضد
الصليبيين
ولا
على
حماية
مصالح
أمريكا
وتحقيق
مطالبها
،
فقد
أشار
الشيخ
إلى
الخيار
العسكري
لدى
الإدارة
الأمريكية
والذي
يجعلها
تحتل
بلاد
الحرمين
بشكل
أوضح
،
وبطريقةٍ
مباشرة
،
وبوجودٍ
مكثف
يمكنها
من
تحقيق
الأهداف
الجديدة
التي
يأتي
في
مقدمتها
ضمان
أمن
الدولة
اليهودية
الصهيونية
،
وأطماعها
التوسعية
.
إن
مشروع
الاستيلاء
على
ما
يسمى
منطقة
الشرق
الأوسط
يبدو
أنه
في
المراحل
الأخيرة
بعد
أن
أوجدت
أمريكا
لها
موطىء
قدمٍ
في
العراق
يسهل
لها
عملية
الاستيلاء
بالقوة
على
منطقة
الخليج
بشكل
مفضوح
فـ((
بغداد
اليوم
وغداً
الرياض
!))
ومن
هنا
كانت
رسالة
الشيخ
واضحة
إلى
أهل
الجزيرة
بأن
استعدّوا
للمستقبل
قبل
أن
تتفاجؤوا
بما
لم
تعدوا
له
العدة
،
وأن
هذه
المحنة
لن
يكون
علاجها
إلا
في
الجهاد
في
سبيل
الله
،
ينتصب
له
العلماء
والوجهاء
والتجار
وأهل
الحل
والعقد
بعيداً
عن
هذه
الأنظمة
المرتدة
الخائنة
فإنها
فوق
عمالتها
للصليبيين
وتضييعها
مصالح
الأمة
وتفريطها
فيها
عاجزةً
أشد
العجز
عن
عمل
أي
شيءٍ
يقي
الأمة
من
شرور
المستقبل
،
ويضمن
وقوفها
في
وجه
المطامع
الصليبية
الصهيونية
،
ومن
هنا
نستغرب
أشد
الاستغراب
ممن
لا
يكتفي
بقعوده
عن
الجهاد
في
سبيل
الله
،
وتفريطه
في
مصالح
البلاد
والعباد
حتى
يجمع
إلى
ذلك
الركون
إلى
الذين
ظلموا
من
الحكام
المرتدين
،
والتواطؤ
معهم
على
إيقاع
الضرر
بالأمة
ونهب
خيراتها
وإفساد
دينها
عبر
صورٍ
متعددة
كان
آخرها
التجمع
الجاهلي
المعقود
على
راية
الوطنية
الوثنية
(
مؤتمر
الحوار
الوطني
)
والذي
اجتمع
فيه
الحكام
المرتدون
،
مع
الحثالة
من
المنافقين
والعلمانيين
،
مع
دعاة
الشرك
الصوفية
القبوريين
،
بالإضافة
من
شيوخ
الرافضة
والمكارمة
،
ليجلس
معهم
بعضrإلى
من
يسب
صحابة
رسول
الله
المنتكسين
من
المنسبين
إلى
العلم
والدعوة
لا
ليردّوا
خلافهم
إلى
كتاب
الله
وسنة
ولا
ليلزموا
المخالفين
بأحكام
الإسلام
،
أو
يكشفوا
الشبهات
عن
المعترضينrرسوله
ولكن
ليحسموا
أمورهم
بما
تقتضيه
مصلحة
الوطن
،
وبما
لا
يعكر
صفو
وحدة
الوطن
،
وبما
ينشر
ثقافة
التسامح
التي
تحبها
أمريكا،
وتلغي
مبادىء
الولاء
والبراء
التي
تكرهها
أمريكا.
إنّ
الأمل
معقودٌ
على
الصادقين
من
المسلمين
في
هذه
الجزيرة
وغيرها
من
بلاد
الإسلام
ليتحمّلوا
المسؤولية
،
ويدركوا
خطورة
الوضع
،
ويصدقوا
مع
الله
،
ويكونوا
مع
المجاهدين
الصادقين
