When Osama and a number of cooperators saw with it the campaign that the country launched on the defense committee and the detention of number of its founders and others from their circle some of them advised it on the formation of an alternative organization that named it " the advice organization and the defense for the legitimate rights " as a compensation about the committee after it was suppressed . And Osama is not knowing that the committee is on the point that he appears in London once again for the resumption of its works .
And the committee appeared in London actually then advised on it the cooperators with it that he retreats from that name and it chooses another name because the committee is first by its name and no escape from the change of the name totally then the name changed to " the organization of advice and reform " . And that group started with issuing different statements in the name of the group and not Bassem Osama personally and this group inaugurated an office in London that appointed for it the professor Khaled Al Fawwaz an official . And from the justice we say statements that group they had a language different from the last Ibn Laden data .
We return to its residence in Sudan where Osama was the period of its residence in Sudan a purpose to many of the Islamic movement pioneers from all of the parts of the worlds and the journalists and also to the men of intelligences and America's agent and some of the Arab countries . And for the preparation for the exit operation Osama contacted his old friends from the Afghan militants and chose from them the sheikh Yunus Khalis and the sheikh Galaluddin Hqana who had a strong penetration into Jalalabad region and that was before the influence of Taliban extends outside Kandahar when Afghanistan regions were distributed among the Afghan groups .
And after Osama was secure a site of him in Jalalabad I prepare the equipment for the departure of Sudan in purpose operation in the secrecy .
