Doctor Omar Ghaleb the spokesman declared in the name of the Board of Ulema in Iraq, that the organization refuses all terrorism operations by all his kinds, and he condemned the operations that direct to not the occupation forces whether it was targeting the civilians or others from the country affiliates like the police and the army .
And Ghaleb demanded the differentiation between the terrorism and the resistance that prepares a legitimate work in all positive laws and the divine laws and that the organization agrees with the honorable Iraqi resistance in the political project represented in bringing the occupier and the frustration of his expansionist project that aim at making Iraq a rule for the expansion in the Middle East .

And a wisher said that the organization was from the first authorities that issued the statements of the religiousness of the terrorist operations because it does not want that he turns the resistance to not the true destination, and here no escape from the notification that there many authorities the occupation on its head in addition to the intelligences of other countries may be aiming at the distortion of the resistance image and that the organization warns of in all of the occasions .

And the spokesman the Board of Ulema added that Abu Mosaab Al Zarkoi does not represent the Iraqi resistance as being a non Iraqi man first, and belongs to the Al-Qaeda Network a second, and this organization is known for his pursuit of the Americans from country to another, and if the occupation from Iraq went out he will follow him to the place that will go to him .

And Ghaleb considered that the concentration is focused on the heads cutting off operations that we refuse by all their forms because the target is clear from them he is the offence to the Iraqi resistance that their activities is restricted against the occupation forces . And Ghaleb clarified that the organization NOT has any thing in the kidnapping file by his summary except the appeal as does the others, but until this appeal it started causing for us an embarrassment after it accused us authorities several that we are the swift authority and other that says that we are bribee of our relations with the kidnappers, therefore the organization issued a statement that appealed in him all of the sides that have kidnapped are their release and ending this the awful and inadmissible phenomenon that does not agree and the directions of the organization but might have weakened the sympathy of the citizens with the true resistance, and we as an organization we refuse an asserting refusal all these exercises that offend the Sunnis and the Muslims in general .
