the

not

the
Muslims
were
resorting
to
these
styles
and
expand
them,
leaving
by
that
on
the
legitimate
borders
;
we
have
wanted
by
this
fatwa
the
clarification
of
the
legal
judgments
related
to
that
and
summarize
them
while
follows
:
First
:
the
kidnapping

on
the

whether
was
Muslim
or

and
