Two fined $125 under anti-terrorism lawsTwo Mackay men are the first to be prosecuted under new maritime anti-terrorism legislation.Heath Snedden and Garry McKenna have been fined $125 each for walking through Mackay Port Authority land without permission on New Year's Day.The maximum penalty for breaching the Maritime Transport Security Regulations is $5,500.Senior Sergeant Greg Badde says he hopes the incident sends a clear message to others."Mackay Port Authority has taken extraordinary lengths to secure the Mackay Port, so we certainly do take these types of incidents very seriously," he said."These gentlemen were warned in relation to moving from the area. They didn't comply with this warning so the appropriate action was taken against them."

To All Who Visit My Site....This is VERY Important!!! Please pass the following on to any forum that you visit that has posts and/or images from the Arabic forums: Media Jihad (Includes Websites and Forums) The Jihadi's are getting ready to launch a major Internet attack on sites (both websites and forums) that contain information gathered from the Arabic forums. Their goal is to hack into these sites, gather personal information and try to shut them down. They are targeting sites that contain specific images from their forums. I urge all sites that deal with terrorist activity and contain posts from the Arabic forums to not post any images that originate from those forums. If you are under the impression that your site/forum is invincible, think again. A couple of weeks back, a pioneer forum that had a special section for the posts from the Jihadi forums was taken down, the entire site corrupted, and is now just a part of Internet history. I think we may have reached the "Tipping Point" where Al Zarqawi and his network have to be either forced out of the country or try to go into hiding....BUT, Al Zarqawi and the resistance may not have any safe harbors in which to hide. Al Zarqawi, who Osama named as his Emir, is universally hated, along with his foreign fighters in Iraq now. By breaking now the Baathist can enter into negotiations become part of the new government and bide their time. They can not do that with bombs going off and blood flowing in the streets . The Sunni's, after failing to stop the elections, are now talking about participating in the new government. The Iraqi Resistance said it wants to adopt the "Hamas" model of negotiating with "Those that hit us" and reserving strikes to the US forces when necessary etc. Global Islamic Media, the media wing of al Qaeda issued a statement at the end of the month that is just now getting wide distribution the title of that statement "Warning to the Militants in Iraq." GIM, as we call it, in that statement warns that the Syrian Network may be compromised and that agents and spies may have moved down through the Mosque into Iraq. Question is the increase activities of the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria and Egypt a direct challenge to Al Qaeda....and I should add that it was initially posted on the Internet January 28, 2004! It has been lifted today. All hell is getting ready to break loose, and our Military may just be in the middle of it all...it could get very bloody!
