التجاهل
التام
والنظر
إلى
الطرح
الذي
كنا
نطرحه
نحن

يطرحه
مفكرون
كبار
مثل
الأستاذ
أبو
عبيد
القرشي
وغيره
من
المنظرين
الاستراتيجيين
للفكر
الجهادي
على
أنه
[محاولات
ساذجة]
لإعطاء
القاعدة
توصيفا
لا
ينطبق
على
الواقع
من
وجهة
نظرهم،
أو
بعبارة
أصح،
عدم
الاعتراف
بوجودنا
أساسا،
والنظر
بعين
[الاحتقار]
لكل
الإنتاج
الذي
كنا
نكتبه،
وهذا
موقف
الغربيين
بشكل
عام،
وهو
جزء
من
موقف
كلي
يقوم
أساسا
على
النظر
إلى
المسلمين
على
أنهم
مجرد
تفاهات
لا
تملك
فكرا
أو
علما
أو
تنظيرا..
أو
يمكن
تلخيصه
بكلمة
[الاستخفاف]
بالمسلمين
بشكل
عام..
وهذا
بدا
واضحا
من
استخفاف
الأمريكيين
والغربيين
عموما
بالقاعدة
منذ
ظهورها،
وكذا
الاستخفاف
بكل
الإنتاج
الفكري
الذي
طرحته
القاعدة
أو
المؤيدون
لها
كحالنا..
في
موقف
تختصره
العبارة
الإنجليزية
المتداولة
في
الصحافة
الغربية
"mindless
terrorism"
أي
الإرهاب
عديم
العقل.
أما
الاتجاه
الثاني
فهو
اتجاه
كان
ينظر
لإنتاج
القاعدة
الفكري
وإنتاجنا
على
أنه
جزء
من
عالم
[الأحلام
والخيالات]..
ويعتبرون
كلامي
أنا
وأمثالي
ضربا
من
التفكير
الرغبوي،
وهذا
موقف
من
يظنون
أنفسهم
[مفكرين]
و
[مثقفين]
مسلمين
فكانوا
يتلقون
كلامنا
عن
القاعدة
وكأنه
شيء
من
الخيال،
عندما
كنا
نقول
لهم
إن
كل
شيء
تفعله
القاعدة
كان
تحت
السيطرة
والتحكم،
كانوا
يستهزئون
بنا
ويقولون:
لقد
اسقطوا
طالبان!
وجعلوا
بن
لادن
يختبئ
في
الكهوف
ودمروا
قاعدتكم
وأنتم
الآن
مشردون
في
كل
مكان،
وتتخطفكم
يد
أمريكا
وأتباعها،
وأدخلتم
المسلمين
في
حرب
حضارية
يعجزون
عنها،
وسببتم
الويلات
للأمة..
كنا
نرد
عليهم
ونقول
كل
شيء
مازال
تحت
السيطرة
لا
تستعجلوا،
الحروب
التي
تخوضها
القاعدة
ليست
كبقية
الحروب
وأجمل
ما
في
القاعدة
أنها
تحارب
أمريكا
بأسلحة
لا
تملكها
أمريكا،
والقاعدة
تملك
الإدارة
الكاملة
لاستمرار
الحرب
لسنوات
وخططت
لها
منذ
سنوات
فلم
الاستعجال
ولم
قصر
النظر
هذا
في
فهم
مسألة
القاعدة
وحربها
وجهادها
ضد
أمريكا؟
بل
كنا
نقول
لهم
إن
القاعدة
كانت
تخطط
لعملية
كبرى
خلال
سنتين
في

الرخاء
فالمفترض
منطقيا
أنها
بحاجة
لوقت
أطول
لعمليات

وقت
الشدة..
وإن
المسألة

تعدو

والأقدر

تحمل
الألم
والصبر
عليه
هو
الذي
سيربح

النهاية،

عانينا
كثيرا

هؤلاء
الذين
لا
يفهمون
ولا
يريدون
أن
يفهموا،
ووصلت
إلى
قناعة
شخصية
بعدم
الحديث
معهم
وترك
الأمور
للأحداث
لأنها
هي
التي
ستتحدث
عن
نفسها
بشكل
واضح
ومسكت.
ثم
حدث
الزلزال

العالم
تقريبا
مرة
أخرى
كما
تغير
بعد

سبتمبر،
ولكنه
تغير
الآن
في
صورة
واضح
أنها
لمصلحة
القاعدة،
لأنه
عندما

العالم
فعلا
لكنه
في
نظر
الكثيرين
كان
تغيرا
نحو
الأسوأ
بالنسبة
للعالم
الإسلامي..

حدث

تتحدث
عن
الحدث

الغرب
يعاني
من
مشكلة
خطيرة
جدا،

بتمتعه
بالتفوق
على
بقية
العالم
مدة
طويلة
جدا،
التفوق
عسكريا
وسياسيا
واستخباراتيا
واقتصاديا
وصيرورته
إلى
السيد
الذي
لا
يجارى،
وحتى
الحروب
التي
جرت
خلال
القرنين
الأخيرين
كانت
بين
قوى
داخل
الغرب
نفسه.
هذا
التفوق
أدى
إلى
ترسيخ
الشعور
بتفاهة
الآخرين
وعجزهم
عن
التحدي
إلى
أن
استقرت
هذه
المسألة
في
أعماق
الضمير
الغربي
ووجدانه
وأصبحت
تؤخذ
مسلمة
غير
قابلة
للمس
أو
التفكير.
فالغرب
يستطيع
أن
يتصور
ثائرا
يهزمه
هزيمة
عسكرية
في
حدود
أرض
الثائر
مستفيدا
من
توازنات
العالم
مثلما
حصل
في
فيتنام
لكن
لا
يمكن
ان
يتصور
أن
تهزمه
جهة
معدومة
مطاردة
ليس
عندها
سلاح
ولا
تكنولوجيا
بل
تهزمه
هزيمة
كونية
عالمية.

لا
يفهمها
الغرب
بل
حتى
لا
تقترب
لِمخيلته.
لكن
المفارقة
الخطيرة
أن
هذا
الغرب
عاش
منذ
الحرب
العالمية
الثانية
في
أرضه
حياة
مستقرة
ورغيدة
وتثاقل
الناس
في
الغرب
إلى
نسق
من
أنساق
الحياة
لا
يتصورون
فيه
أن
يعيشوا
حياة
رعب
خطير
بسبب
"الإرهاب"
يصح
عليه
وصف
"
صبّحكم
ومسّاكم".
ولو
تأملت
هاتين
الحقيقتين
رأيت
الارتباك
الفكري
والاستراتيجي
والحضاري
عند
الغرب
فالغرب
لا
يريد
بسبب
الهيمنة
الطاغية
لقرنين
أن
يعترف
بأنه
هزم
هزيمة
حقيقية
بل
لا
يريد
أن
يتصور
أنه
هزم
ولذلك
يصر
على
أن
المشكلة
مشكلة
أمن
والحاجة
لمزيد
من
التفاهم
العالمي
ضد
الإرهاب.
ولم
ينفع
الغرب
كل
مؤسساته
العلمية
والبحثية
في
التخلص
من
هذه
الظاهرة
لما
سبق
أن
قلناه
وهو
استقرار
الشعور
بالهيمنة
في
أعماق
الضمير
والوجدان
واللاشعور.
ولكن
في
نفس
الوقت
فإن
الشعوب
الغربية
التي
ألفت
الدعة
والاستقرار
والأمن
والسلامة
لا
تريد
الرعب
والعيش
تحت
ظل
"الإرهاب"
ولا
زعزعة
هذه
الحياة
الجميلة
والهادئة.
الذي
حصل
بعد
مدريد
لم
يكن
صحوة
حقيقية
وتخل
عن
الشعور
بالهيمنة
واعتراف
بأمكانية
الهزيمة
العالمية
من
قبل
طرف
غامض
خطير
بل
هو
مجرد
تغلب
العامل
الثاني
على
الأول
في
المعادلة
السياسية
فقط
وفي
حدود
اوربا
فقط.
بصراحة..
الغرب
لا
يزال
غير
مدرك
للمعادلة
الحقيقية،
وكل
الاستجابة
التي
تحصل
الآن
ليست
بسبب
إدراك
تحدي
القاعدة
الحضاري
والتاريخي
الخطير،
بل
هي
نزول
سطحي
عند
ضغط
الشعوب
الخائفة
من
الرعب.
ولهذا
فالمشكلة
الأساسية
باقية
ولن
يدرك
الغرب
أنه
قد
هزم
فعلا
بمعنى
"الهيمنة"
إلا
بعد
الضربة
الثانية
في
أمريكا.
وبنفس
الطريقة
وعلى
العكس
من
هذا
فان
الشعوب
المسلمة
في
الجهة
الأخرى
غير
مدركة
وغير
متصورة
أنها
يمكن
أن
تنتصر،
وهذا
ينطبق
على
المثقفين
مثلما
ينطبق
على
العامة،
ولذلك
عجز
المثقفون
المسلمون
أن
يضعوا
التبدلات
في
سياق
نجاح
في
التحدي
الحضاري
لأنهم
يفترضون
أن
الهزيمة
قدرهم
المحتوم.
وبناء
على
نفس
التبدلات
فإنهم
كذلك
سيدركون
بعد
الضربة
الثانية
أن
الهزيمة
ليست
قدرهم.
ولهذا
نقول
إنه
بعد
الضربة
الثانية
سيسود
توازن
نفسي
في
العالم
ولن
يبقى
ثمة
شعور
بالهيمنة
في
الغرب
مستقر
في
الضمير
والوجدان
واللاشعور،
ولن
يبقى
ثمة
شعور
بالهزيمة
عند
المسلمين
مستقر
في
الضمير
والوجدان
واللاشعور.
هل
كان
النصر
القاعدي
في
حالة
أسبانيا
مفاجئا
لنا؟
أبداً

يكن
مفاجئا
وإن

أصابنا
نوع

الاستغراب
من
هشاشة
الغرب
وسهولة

واكتشفوا
حقيقة
أشد
مرارة
أن

كانت
تنشر
خططها
وتعلنها
للجميع،
واكتشفوا
أن
عملياتها
تنفذ
بدقة
كما
في
الخطط
المرسومة
والمعلنة،
وتبين
لهم
مدى
الإذلال
الذي
سببته
لهم

عندما
تنشر
