And this do not mean that some of them benefit from some but the aim be that each Muslim should fight today the unbelievers and the degenerate one who in its country according to its ability and she could it and goes the ability from country to another and from a region to a region, if a science finds the jihad in each country, he does not prevent after a Thlbk the mutual benefiting as for the leaving of jihad and preparation in your country and you see the height of unbelievers and apostates in it then this the disagreement of Book and Sunna and the consensus of the Muslims .

And in them also who was unbelieving then he affiliated to the Islam and did not abide by its sharia from the second call for prayer and the paying Zakat and the performance of pilgrimage and the abstinence from blood

And in them an evil fourth kind from these and they are a people wore about the Islam sharia and remained adhering to the affiliation to it then these apostate unbelievers and the entrants in it from not a commitment to its sharia and the dressed one about its sharia must do not be about its feature all their fought with the consensus of the Muslims until they abide by the Islam sharia and until no she is a sedition and the religion all is to Allah and until she is the Word of Allah that she is its book and what in it from its order and its forbiddance and its news she is the upper this if they were resident in their land then how if they seized the Islamic land from Iraq and Khorasan and AlJazeera and the Romans then how if they meant you and attacked on you an oppression and an aggression ( so you fight a people that violated their belief and resolved on bringing the messenger and they that for the first time an Itkhshonhm started then Allah is worthier that you fear it that you were believing ... ) .
Then the speech of the sheikh and its transfer of the consensus while if they were resident in their houses and they wore about the religion then must be their demanded and their fight with the consensus of the Muslims .

And to all what mentioned from legal evidences and a tangible tangible reality we believed in the prioritization of the apostates fight on the fight of the original unbelievers .
