3) العراق : كان لديه مفاعل نووي و العمل فيه وصل الى مراحل متقدمة ، لكن تم قصفه من قبل اسرائيل أثناء الحرب العراقية الايرانية ، و بعدها استمر العراق جاهدا في تسليح نفسه لكن التركيز على أسلحة من نوع آخر طغى على التسلح النووي لصعوبة الحصول على التكنولوجية الكافية لذلك ، لكن العراق امتلك جزء كبير من التكنولوجيا التي تساعد على انتاج سلاح نووي بمساعدة روسية صينية صربية ، و لا أحد الى الآن يستطيع تحديد الى أي مرحلة وصل العراق في تلك الغاية ، و الموضوع بقي بين تهويل اعلامي ( غربي المنشأ ) لقدرات العراق و بين اشاعات تم تناقلها تفيد بحصول العراق على ( بضع ) قنابل نووية أثناء غزوه للكويت كانت قد خزنتها أمريكا في الكويت في مرحلة التحضير لحرب مع العراق و في رواية منذ الحرب العراقية الايرانية .

3) ايران : و هذه الأيام أيام ايران .. فقضية ايران غريبة بعض الشيء ، فتارة تعلن روسيا دعمها الكامل و العلني لايران في تجهيز محطة بوشهر النووية و غيرها ، و حين تجوع روسيا .. تعلن وقف التعاون في برامج ايران النووية كي تغدق عليها أمريكا قمحا .. لكن روسيا و كوريا الشمالية ساعدتا ايران بشكل جدي ، و ايران حاليا حسب آخر الدراسات تقترب من امتلاك القنبلة النووية كثيرا ، لذلك نرى الهجوم العنيف على برنامجها النووي من قبل اسرائيل ثم أمريكا و مؤخرا ذنبهما البرادعي المصري المسؤول غير المسؤول عن وكالة الطاقة الذرية المخصصة لتصيد الدول المارقة أمريكيا ..
لكن هناك قضية ملفته ساعدت في دعم ايران كثيرا في التصنيع النووي و هي هجرة عالم نووي روسي كبير و بعض من زمرته الى ايران ، حيث انتقلوا للعيش فيها بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفييتي حين جاعوا و أغدقتهم ايران بمسكن طيب و أموال كثيرة و أجور شهرية لم يكونوا يحلموا بها في روسيا ، و المعلومات تقول أن هذا العالم النووي ساعد ايران هي أيضا بشكل لم تكن تحلم به .

4) أفغانستان : !!!!! و سمعته من مصادر إخبارية رفيعة و خاصة و مرة أصدقه و مرة أكذبه و أميل الى تصديقه ، لكن قلة الخبرة هي التي أدت ربما الى افشاله أو قتله أو تجميده الى حين ( المشروع ) ، و مفاده أن طالبان حين حكمت بلدا من أكثر بلاد العالم زراعة و تجارة للأفيون و المخدرات ذات المردود الذهبي و الأموال الطائلة ، قايضتها مع عصابات المافيا الروسية و الشيشانية بقنابل نووية متعددة الأحجام موروثة عن الاتحاد السوفييتي حين انهار و دبت الفوضى و كانت لعصابات المافيا اليد الطولى على بعض ممتلكات الاتحاد الثمينة ، و قد تم الإعلان رسميا عن فقدان عدة قنابل و عدة أدوات في التصنيع النووي السوفييتي من عدة مصادر مسؤولة في روسيا ، و قدر عدد المفقود بين حقائب نووية و قنابل نووية مصغرة بـ 200 قنبلة ، و لما كانت طالبان و القاعدة حركات جهادية و المافيا حركات ربحية تمت الصفقة ..
و ربما بسبب ذلك ( تكنولوجيا بدون خبراء ) كان يصر اسامة بن لادن على معرفة الكثير عن السلاح النووي حين كان يلتقي المسؤول الباكستاني النووي ( كما صرح بذلك المسؤول نفسه ) ، و ربما بسبب ذلك أيضا صرح أسامة بن لادن لأحد المجلات أو الصحف الباكستانية ( لا أذكر ) حين التقته أثناء حرب أمريكا على أفغانستان أن القاعدة تملك تكنولوجيا نووية لكن لن تستخدمها الا للردع .

5) باكستان : أول دولة اسلامية تعلن عن امتلاكها للتكنولوجيا النووية و القنبلة النووية ، و ما ان أعلنت ذلك حتى تكالب عليها الأعداء بين تهديد و وعيد ، و اليكم هذا التقرير :

يشكل الوضع الفلسطيني بالنسبة لاسرائيل واقعة داخلية قاتلة لكن حدود الامن الاسرائيلي يصل الى باكستان الاسلامية التى تمتلك من القنابل النووية ما يصل منها الى اسرائيل اذا ما اعتبرنا احد الصواريخ الباكستانية يتجاوز مداه الالفين والخمسمائة كيلو متر .

من هنا تفهم زيارة وزير الخارجية الاسرائيلي السابق شيمون بيريز الى الهند قبل فترة حيث يعتقد وجود خبراء اسرائيليين في السلاح النووي بل ثمة من عاد يؤكد ان الوضع الساخن بين الهند وباكستان قد يكون سببه غير المباشر ذلك السلاح حتى لو اختبأت الهند وراء قضية كشمير.

و لا تخفي اسرائيل قلقها من السلاح النووي الباكستاني الذي تسعى القيادة الاسرائيلية منذ سنين الى تعطيله واذا سنحت لها الظروف للاستيلاء عليه كما تشير معلومات صحفية في هذا الصدد، والفهم الاسرائيلي لقضية السلاح النووي جاء عبر التفاهم مع كباره مثل الولايات المتحدة التي اقرت مخاوف الاسرائيليين ازاء باكستان كونها اسلامية بالدرجة الاولى، وانه يجب منع اى بلد عربي او اسلامي الوصول الى هذا المستوى الذى يسمح له تهديد امن اسرائيل مهما كان بعيدا او قريبا منها.

ولهذا دمر الاسرائيليون المفاعل النووي العراقي وهم يتابعون بدقة المفاعل الايراني وامكانياته وقدراته وعما اذا كان بدأ التشغيل.

ثمة من يعتقد ان خبراء اسرائيل يجهزون لفعل ما ضد السلاح الباكستاني النووي اما بتدميره او بالاستيلاء عليه .

هذا و إن حصل انقلاب ما في باكستان فإن خطط أمريكا و اسرائيل للاستيلاء على أسلحة باكستان النووية و نقلها الى مكان ( آمن ) حسب ما يدعون جاهزة ، طبعا اذا كان الانقلاب من قبل اسلاميين .
